No prob.. ARG's are Alternate Reality Games
On occasion movie/game studios create a user experience to dig deeper into a story. A few note worthy ones would be
Cloverfield (to numerous to list)
Batman: The Dark Knight (to numerous to list)
Halo (infamous "I Love Bee's")
Dead Space (

Bioshock 2 (

Transformers 2007 Movie (

And recently the PS3 started a ARG in the Home service called Xi that I've been trying to follow. Sometimes these games can provide backstory, or hints on what to expect in there upcomming projects.
So far i've been involved in some manner with Cloverfield, Dead Space, Bioshock 2, MNU, Skynet Research, Lost, Fringe and Xi. While these things are not nessisary for the games/movies, As with Cloverfield and Dead Space.. it lets fans dig as deep as they want to go in the story lines.
Although for story's involving console games (Bioshock 2, Dead Space).. I have plans to incorperate the content into the database.. But wanted to see if anybody would be interested in some of the more current games going on (or at least to my knowlage) that may or may not be linked to any console games.
(Just for clarification, some of these games are more considered Viral Marketing than a full fledge ARG, But that could be depending on whom you talk to)
