Its been a some time since I mentioned the status of Dark Whispers 360.

To start things off.. The new software is working without any hiccups, Considering the sorted history we have, this is a long overdue blessing.  The database is getting back on track, where the only part that needs to be retooled is the "Collectables" segment.  But that's primarily due to the availability of photos and data on preorder goodies or promotional materials for selected games.

Now, There has been a "skip" on getting the latest updates on the site.  With the recent cold snap here in the Rhode Island area,  I've been preoccupied with making sure things are OK on the home front.  But when your dealing with an older house plus extreme cold weather, things tend to break at the worst of times.  And in true Murphy's Law tradition, One of the water lines coming into the house split and caused us to lose heat for a couple of days.  In the process of getting things fixed, I ended up injuring myself in multiple areas (twisted my right ankle, bruised my left ribs, and my right hand is swollen enough to look like it came off of a cabbage patch kid doll).  Needless to say, with my hand being messed up, typing is not exactly my best skill at the moment.  I'm planning to try to play catch up soon.  Especially considering there has been a number of news updates on the upcoming Resident Evil 5.

I'm also now considering moving the hell out of Rhode Island (my days of shoveling the driveway will soon be over).  Been looking around and a few places seem to stand out, but right now Texas is starting to look real good.
